Terms of Service

By accessing or using ShiftFlow you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The Service
ShiftFlow is a workforce management platform that provides scheduling, time-tracking, communication and analytics tools. Features may evolve over time. The service is operated from Luanda, Angola.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record. Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes which Paddle will calculate and remit. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it for unlawful activity.
6. Intellectual Property
The ShiftFlow name, branding, software and content are owned by ShiftFlow and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of data you submit.
7. Disclaimer and Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShiftFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
