This Privacy Policy explains what data ShiftFlow collects, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
1. Data we collect
Account information (name, email), workforce data you enter (shifts, locations, time entries), device and usage data, and payment metadata processed by Paddle. We do not store full card numbers.
2. How we use data
To deliver the service, authenticate users, process payments, send transactional communications, improve features and comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We share data only with processors needed to run the service: Paddle (payments), our cloud hosting provider, and analytics tools under contract. We never sell personal data.
4. Retention
We retain data while your account is active and for a limited period after cancellation to comply with legal and accounting requirements.
5. Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your data. Email jesbe12@gmail.com to exercise these rights.
6. Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control and regular backups.
7. International transfers
Data may be processed outside Angola by our service providers under appropriate safeguards.
