We want you to be happy with ShiftFlow. This policy explains when refunds are issued.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
New paid subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, no questions asked.
2. Renewals
Renewal charges are non-refundable once processed, but you can cancel at any time to prevent the next renewal.
3. How to request a refund
Email jesbe12@gmail.com with your order ID. Refunds are processed by Paddle back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be denied in cases of abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms of Service.
